The Consumer Insights Agent draws on PepsiCo's first-party consumer profiles, syndicated third-party research, Growth Navigator performance data, and market-level trend signals. All data is governed by PepsiCo's Responsible AI framework and PepVigil audit trail.
How do I localize a campaign for a new market?+
Go to the Content Supply Chain section or select the Content Adaptation Agent from the home page. Paste your source content, select your source and target markets, choose the target channel, and the agent will produce a fully localized version with compliance and reuse scoring.
Who can approve a campaign brief in MRM?+
Approval rights in MRM are role-based. Brand Managers can approve briefs for their own brand portfolios. Regional Marketing Directors approve for cross-market campaigns. Legal and Compliance review is automatically triggered for claims involving nutrition, sport endorsements, or regulated markets.
